摘要:采用Sobol′指数法,将全局灵敏度分析方法应用于一种轨道车辆吸能薄壁管耐撞性分析当中.以总吸能量和接触力峰值作为目标响应,构建Kriging模型,分析薄壁管中各筋板、横档等输入参数对目标响应的影响程度,辨别出对吸能性能影响较大的参数,并将其安装在轨道车辆上与原结构进行对比.结果表明:Sobol′法与Kriging模型相结合能有效的分析碰撞试验中各输入参数的灵敏度,为优化设计提供有力参考,降低相应实验的设计周期和难度.
