摘要:冷却CS模型线圈的超临界液氦通过线圈上的氦进出口流入铠甲内部。本文给出了氦进出口焊接工艺与关键参数,并对焊接试样进行室温与低温拉伸试验及室温弯曲实验,研究了焊缝在室温与4.2 K下的力学性能。实验结果表明,焊接试样的机械性能均能满足CFETR CS超导模型线圈铠甲设计要求。
