摘要:晚期糖基化终末产物(AGEs)与其受体(RAGE)在糖尿病及其并发症的发生、发展中起重要作用。缺少胞内区的RAGE称为可溶性RAGE(sRAGE)。其可阻断配体与RAGE的结合。糖尿病患者sRAGE水平明显降低,而他汀类、噻唑烷二酮类、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂等药物可以提高血清sRAGE水平。对sRAGE的进一步研究有可能为糖尿病及其并发症的治疗提供新的药物。
