Ntu Management Review is a management journal sponsored by the School of Management at National Taiwan University. Since its inception, this magazine has been committed to promoting the development of theoretical and empirical research in management academia, and facilitating communication and cooperation between academia. Its purpose is to encourage in-depth exploration of academic management, especially for research papers in both Chinese and English that have not been published in other academic journals. Through regular publication, the magazine gathers conceptual or empirical research results from scholars at home and abroad, as well as reviews and monographs on specific papers, specialized books, or important topics in management, providing rich academic resources for the management community.

With the development of digital trends, Ntu Management Review actively collaborates with domestic academic journal full-text databases to include published papers in multiple important databases, such as the National Taiwan University Academic Journal Database and the CEPS Chinese Electronic Journal Database. This enables the journal's papers to be widely searched and cited, further enhancing its academic influence. In addition, the magazine has launched innovative forms such as online paper preview services and electronic newspapers, as well as virtual special issues, to meet the needs of the digital age.
