摘要:采用声振空化法制备了复合CNTs的Span-PEG超声造影剂微泡,使用激光粒度分析仪测定微泡的粒径分布,通过紫外分光光度法测定微泡中CNTs负载量,通过多普勒超声诊断仪观察复合微泡体内超声造影效果。所制备的复合微泡中CNTs负载量为1.42%时,微泡平均粒径410 nm;与生理盐水和SpanPEG微泡相比,复合CNTs的Span-PEG微泡明显提高了超声显像效果。
